Letters: LRT's Barefoot in the Park'a humorous, enjoyable evening |
Last Friday was the first of two weekend performances of Neil Simon's "Barefoot In The Park" by the Lighthouse Repertory Theatre. What a treat! A wonderfully funny, light comedy, it turned out to be the perfect antidote to today's dreary news. The two-good looking leads, Mary Sullivan and Tony La Torre, were especially well cast but even more hilarious were the entrances of John Degler and Stephanie La Torre. Slyly humorous was Bob Brissendon's suave but slightly sinister character. Altogether, a most enjoyable evening. Garretta Lamore Crescent City |
