Obituary: Charlotte M. Parker (Feb. 13, 1919 - July 26, 2009)

Charlotte M. Parker passed away Sunday July 26, 2009, in Fallon, Nevada. She was born February 13, 1919, in Huntsville, Arkansas. to Charles B. and Lycie France Fritts. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Fallon. She was a volunteer for (CAPS) Churchill Animal Protection Society in Fallon and the Feline Rescue Society in Cresent City. She was preceded in death by her parents and all of her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law Shirley and Jack Parker of Fallon; daughter Verna J. Perry of Longview, Wash.; son James R. Tincher of Vancouver, Wash.; 7 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Smith Family Funeral Home, 505 Rio Vista Drive, Fallon, Nev. 89407. (775 423-2255). Viewing will be held at the time of the service. Interment will be at the IOOF cemetery in Cresent City. on Monday, August 3. A reception will be held following the funeral service at the Pentecostal Church of God, 900 Paiute Drive in Fallon.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
