Cecil Arispe of Crescent City, a winner of the Academy for Future Business Owners, sponsored by the Del Norte Workforce Center, recently traveled to the Ultimate Life Summit held at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla.

Fifty young people from 10 states and four countries participated in the Ultimate Life Summit. Out of the 50 participants in the business plan competition, 13 were chosen as finalists, including Arispe.
