Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Sept. 4-10 include:


•Jack Mattz, 58, Crescent City, was sentenced to 15 days in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,000 for felony possession of firearm and use of a gill net

•Harry Deling, 47, Fort Dick, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $160 for possession of a hypodermic needle

•Brandon Smith, 27, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail for probation violation

•Kellen Nomura, 25, Crescent City, was sentenced to 45 days in County Jail and serve out $2,000 in fines for probation violation, failure to appear and failure to pay fine

•Brian Balmain, 39, Smith River, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail for probation violation

•Ricardo Pilapil, 40, Pinole, was sentenced to three years probation, and fined $500 for failure to confine and failure to provide documents

•Joshua Scott, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail for probation violation

•John Paul, 52, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail for probation violation

•Ryan Sargent, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 365 days in County Jail for probation violation

•William Land, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 365 days in County Jail for probation violation

•Christopher Dewitt, 27, Crescent City, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail for probation violation
