Thursday, Sept. 10 • At 3:13 a.m. authorities responded to drug activity at Parkway and Clyde streets. • At 10:53 p.m. a person was seen fleeing the scene after a burglary attempt failed due to an alarm triggered at Northcrest Trailer City on the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive. Friday, Sept. 11 • At 9:05 holes shot into a water tower at Crivelli’s Restaurant on the 4100 block of U.S. Highway 169. • At 11:27 a.m. a domestic violence in progress at Northcrest Trailer City on the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive. • At 12:53 p.m. a car stolen from a garage on the 200 block of Spring St. • At 2:22 p.m. a fishing pole stolen from the 200 block of Salmon Harbor Road in Smith River. Saturday, Sept. 12 • At 12:49 p.m. a motorcycle versus vehicle accident at U.S. Highway 199 and U.S. Hwy. 101. • At 8:35 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile reported missing at Jedediah Smith State Park on U.S. Hwy. 101. Sunday, Sept. 13 • At 12:26 a.m. prowlers in the garage area of a home on the 2100 block of Laurel. • At 10:33 a.m. a vehicle broken into and several items stolen, including a pistol, on the 100 block of Silverside Circle in Klamath. • At 1:04 p.m. a male exposing himself at All Star Liquors on the 12500 block of U.S. Hwy. 101. • At 2:51 p.m. a fence suspiciously cut at a home on the 1000 block of J St. • At 2:12 p.m. a two vehicle accident on the 350 block of East Donny Lane in Smith River. • At 5:14 p.m. a person said that a female had pulled a knife on her in her apartment on the 16000 block of U.S. Hwy. 101 in Klamath, then arguing was heard in the background and the line went dead. • At 6:14 p.m. three subjects shooting at sea lions on the north side of the mouth of the Klamath River. • At 8:26 p.m. authorities responded to Lake Earl and Kings Valley Cross Road for a report of a bloodied man lying on the shoulder of the road. Monday, Sept. 14 • At 7:16 a.m. a bike stolen from Wal-Mart on the 900 block of East Washington Blvd. • At 8:54 a.m. a surf board stolen from the Requa Boat Ramp area in Klamath. • At 10:38 a.m. fertilizer stolen from a greenhouse on the 150 block of Knutsen Lane in Smith River. • At 2:20 p.m. a large brush fire on the 350 block of Cummins Rd. • At 2:27 p.m. authorities responded to the College of the Redwoods on the 880 block of West Washington for drug activity. • At 4:10 p.m. An employee at DeForest Hog Heaven Resort on the 8200 block of U.S. Hwy. 169 reported people threatened to beat him up after he refused to allow them to offload heavy equipment on the property. • At 5:20 p.m. a person said their neighbor came over and punched them in the face on the 150 block of Oak St. • At 5:46 p.m. a truck reportedly stuck in the Klamath River in the Resighini Reservation area. • At 6:23 p.m. a diaper bag stolen from Kellogg Beach. • At 7:11 p.m. multiple calls for sparking wires down on the 900 block of Northcrest Dr. • At 7:52 p.m. two 16-year-old boys reportedly stuck inside a U-Haul Truck, due to the roll-up door coming off the track on the 100 block of Walton St. • At 7:58 p.m. a butcher knife found behind 76 Gas Station on the 1500 block of Northcrest Dr. • At 9:27 p.m. a person felt people were coming to harm them when an unknown vehicle pulled into his driveway and multiple subjects got out at his home on the 100 block ofâMartin St. Tuesday, Sept. 15 • At 12:27 a.m. multiple calls regarding shots in the area of LeClair and Bertsch. • At 8:21 a.m. a vehicle broken into and several items stolen on the 100 block of Victory Lane. • At 10:08 a.m. shots heard in the forested area behind an RV Park at Storm and U.S. Hwy. 199 in Gasquet. • At 10:26 a.m. a checkbook stolen from the Trees Motel on the 15400 block of U.S. Hwy. 101 in Klamath. • At 10:51 a.m. a female abused by a known suspect on the 140 block of Waldo St. • At 12:11 p.m. drug paraphernalia located at Smith River Elementary School on the 560 block of West First Street. • At 1:23 p.m. a home broken into on the 140 block of Temple St. • At 2:57 p.m. checks stolen from the 1300 block of Oregon Street turned up cashed in Salt Lake City, Utah. • At 5:20 p.m. a theft by a known suspect from a home on the 3400 block of Movie Lane. • At 5:25 p.m. a vehicle accident at Kings Valley Cross Road and U.S. Hwy. 101. • At 8:33 p.m. a kayaker requested police assist him in finding his vehicle because it got too dark at Lake Earl Drive and Lake View roads. Wednesday, Sept. 16 • At 8:07 a.m. a person reported witnessing a male subject shoot a goat, then allowing it to suffer on the 200 block of Salmon Harbor Road in Smith River. • At 9:12 a.m. a homeless encampment reported at Modoc and Lauff streets. • At 10:05 a.m. a social security card and several other items stolen from a home on the 16000 block of U.S. Hwy. 101 in Klamath. • At 1:31 p.m. several suspects taking items from a home on the 9800 block of U.S. Hwy. 199 in Gasquet. • At 1:54 p.m. the executor of the will of his deceased mother reported that known people were taking items from his mother’s home on the 2700 block of Maher Drive. • At 3:03 p.m. a domestic violence in progress on the 1100 block of U.S. Hwy. 101. • At 3:42 p.m. a small fire reportedly caused by a sparking power line on the 500 block of Harding. • At 4:43 p.m. 45 gallons of gas stolen from U-Haul vehicles on the 700 block of East Washington Blvd.
Thursday, Sept. 10 • At 2:40 a.m. a plastic shed possibly broken into on the 650 block of Pacific. • At 10:45 a.m. police responded to three juveniles walking near Del Norte High at 1301 El Dorado. Two of them were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of an ounce or more of marijuana and transportation of marijuana for sale, and taken to Juvenile Hall. • At 11:05 a.m. police responded to a male versus female fight in progress on the 600 block of Ninth and arrested a 22-year-old woman on suspicion of false identification to a police officer. • At 2:10 p.m. police responded to a report of an intoxicated man swinging a baseball bat at people near the 1000 block of Front St. A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats and public intoxication. Friday, Sept. 11 • At 12:21 p.m. a person said they had been assaulted at Third and L streets. • At 12:30 p.m. an ongoing problem of trespassers on property on the 1000 block of Sunset Circle. • At 2 p.m. theft from a vehicle parked on the 900 block of Ninth St. • At 4:15 p.m. police responded to a possible drug violation on the 300 block of Harding Street. They ended up arresting a 27-year-old woman on a traffic warrant. Saturday, Sept. 12 • At 10:30 a.m. a patient at Sutter Coast Hospital said they were the victim of domestic violence by a known suspect on the 1300 block of A St. • At 6:32 p.m. police responded to a verbal fight in progress on the 500 block of Wendell Street. Upon investigation, police determined the fight also to have been physical and arrested a 32-year-old man on suspicion of spousal battery. Sunday, Sept. 13 • At 12:30 a.m. police responded to a report of battery at the U.S. Highway 101 shopping center and arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of battery causing great bodily injury. • At 2:13 p.m. medication stolen by known suspect on the 200 block of Essex. • At 6:30 p.m. a wallet stolen from behind the makeup counter at Walgreens on the 780 block of L St. Monday, Sept. 14 • At 11:20 a.m. registration sticker stolen from a vehicle parked at McDonalds in the U.S. Hwy. 101 shopping center while he ate. • From 2:55 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. police responded to a report of a verbal argument at a home on the 780 block of L Street. A 49-year-old man was seen fleeing from the home at 2:55 p.m. and was later arrested at Seventh and A streets on a warrant. • At 6:05 p.m. police responded to a report that a man was attempting to sell drugs to passersby in the Safeway parking lot in the U.S. Hwy. 101 shopping center. Police responded and a 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics. Tuesday, Sept. 15 • At 12:08 a.m. police responded to a domestic violence in progress on the 700 block of H Street and arrested a 46-year--old woman on suspicion of domestic violence. • At 3:20 p.m. a checkbook stolen from a home on the 1300 block of Oregon St. • At 5:16 p.m. a two vehicle accident at the U.S. Hwy. 101 shopping center. Wednesday, Sept. 16 • From 2:30 p.m. until 4:25 p.m. police responded to numerous calls of disturbances caused by a male transient in pink pajamas with no shoes. The disturbances included walking in the middle of the U.S. Hwy 101 (500 block of L Street), urinating on a building in the U.S. Hwy. 101 shopping center and then following people around and harassing them until the 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at U.S. Hwy. 101 and Northcrest Dr. |
