Warrior girls VB team goes 4-4 at tournament

The Del Norte High girls varsity volleyball team went 4-4 at a tournament in Red Bluff on Friday and Saturday.
The squad went 1-2 on Friday and 3-2 on Saturday to take 4th place in the silver division. Co-head coach Debbie Lorenzi said the team came out much sharper and focused on Saturday and played tough in its two losses to two elite teams from Enterprise and West Valley. Lorenzi said the team came back from a seven point deficit to take a game versus West Valley. On Saturday the Warriors downed Liberty Christian, Trinity and Loleta to improve to 7-6 for the year.
