The Del Norte Warriors junior varsity boys soccer team tied previously unbeaten Arcata 3-3 at home on Thursday.
The Warriors also remained undefeated with their second tie of the year. Co-coach Jackie Zlokovich commended goalie Jorge Leon, who had 22 saves for the contest. “He saved the game for us,” she said. Luis Raya had two goals and Scott Souza had one goal for Del Norte. Tanner Walker and Jose Ramirez each had an assist for Del Norte.
