Duo performs free show at the Redwood Hostel
 Bryson Van Cleve and Jill Marie of the national touring act Troubaduo performed a free show at Redwood Hostel on Monday, Sept. 21. Bryson is an award-winning songwriter and Jill Marie’s song, “Season of Wishes,” was chosen for the Make A Wish Foundation’s 2007 holiday song. Redwood Hostel offers low-cost accommodations for travelers in a turn-of-the-century pioneer homestead overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Hwy. 101 and Wilson Creek Road. Now through the end of the year, the hostel will hold a free “Documentary Fridays” series, featuring travel- and environmental- themed documentaries, in the hostel living room at 8 p.m. The hostel will be closing its doors in January, after more than 22 years of serving travelers to the north coast.
