Air Force group sets free concert Wednesday

The Travis Brass will give a free concert Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Elk Valley Rancheria Community Center.

The Travis Brass is a component ensemble of the U.S. Air Force Band of the Golden West, and boasts a long-standing tradition of excellence in chamber music performance, specializing in standard brass quintet repertoire, arrangements of favorites from light classics to ragtime to Broadway, and of course a taste of patriotic music.

These professional musicians are full-time members of the Air Force stationed at Travis Air Force Base, California. They are led by Master Sgt. Cecil Benjamin, and promise you an unforgettable evening full of enchanting music.

Doors open at 6 p.m. No tickets required.
