Harvest time at Farmers Market

Layton and Timber Scott and their mom Heather Scott pick out pumpkins from a trailer brought by Ocean Air Farms of Fort Dick. The Farmers Market continues Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the fairgrounds through Oct. 31. A special Harvest Festival will be held Oct. 24 in conjunction with the “It's a Green Day” event. Apple pressing will be available; bring washed apples and clean jugs for the juice. For information call Ron at 464-7441.
