Warriors VB team faces Pirates in NCS playoffs

The Del Norte High varsity volleyball team faces Sir Francis Drake High in the first round of the Northcoast Section Division III playoffs tonight.

The game begins at 7 p.m. at Sir Francis Drake High in San Anselmo, located in the Bay Area.

The Warriors are 16-11 overall and finished 7-1 in Big 5 Conference play. This was the 21st season Del Norte has either co-shared or won the Big 5 title outright.

The Pirates are 29-4 overall and play in the Marin County Conference.
