Squad takes 6th in competition

(Submitted) The Tsunami All Stars Cheerleading squad traveled to Sacramento on Nov. 7, to participate in the Gold Jam Cheer and Dance competition. This was the team’s first competition of the season. The team placed sixth out of eight teams competing in the level 2 senior division. The team also received a silver bid to the Jamfest Nationals in Indianapolis, Jan. 15-17, 2010. Their next competition is Mardi Gras on Feb. 21, in San Jose. Anyone wishing to join the squad or who would like to sponsor the team may call Linda Wanner at 465-4132. |
