Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Jan. 1-7 include:

•Lori Lynn Berg, 42, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,610 for reckless driving with a prior

•Heidi Ellen Cross, 30, Crescent City, was sentenced to 96 hours in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,610 for driving under the influence with a special allegation           

•Daniel Wayne Eggleston,    45, Crescent City, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $510 for theft, larceny

•Tervyn Joel Fenton, 22, Crescent City, was sentenced to 12 days in County Jail and fined $160 for failure to appear

•Rodrigo Garcia Casarez, 34, Smith River, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $650 for possession of controlled substance

•Eutiquio Hernandez Gonzales, 34, Ukiah, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $500 for unlicensed driver   

•Steven Hudson, 50, Crescent City, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail and fined $380 for three public intoxications and battery

•Regina McLaren, 32, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $510 for burglary and a probation violation

•Tia Marie Mickee, 27, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $910 for reckless driving

•Leah Loraine Royal, 19, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $500 for obstructing/

resisting a police officer

•Walter Singletary, 36, Fort Dick, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $440 for possession of a controlled substance and 30 days in County Jail for a loaded gun in a vehicle

•Robert Andrew Tolman, 36, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail for a probation violation

•Joanie Jessee Wardlow, 33, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail and fined $160 for two failures to appear
