Obituaries: Frances Page (Mar. 16, 1915 - Jan. 17, 2010)

Frances Page, 70-year resident of Brookings, passed away at the age of 94 on January 17, 2010.

A celebration of Frances' life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at Redwood Memorial Chapel, 1020 Fifield St., Brookings, Ore.  The service will be followed by a reception at Thomas Page's home, 819 Old County Road, Brookings, Ore. (541) 469-4868.

Frances was born in Greenfield, Mo., on March 16, 1915, the sixth of seven children of Charles and Vivian (Pertle) Blanchard.

She is survived by her sons Bob and Tom Page Sr. of Brookings, Ore., her daughter Arlene Page-Kasper of Gasquet, Calif., her sister Lake Erie Jenson of Albany, Ore., her 6 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, her great grandchildren, and by her beautiful nieces, nephews, and her friends at the Good Samaritan Society Curry Village.

Memorial donations in her honor may be made to the Lions Eye Bank of Oregon, 2201 SE 11th, Portland, OR 97214.
