Crescent City Rotary Club President Susan Elliott, District Governor Jim Flamson of Calistoga, center, and Del Norte Sunrise Rotary Club President Richard Young met last week to discuss programs and initiatives for the 2010-2011 Rotary year. Flamson spoke to both local clubs about his GreenPlus environmental initiative to help reduce human suffering. For more information about GreenPlus visit www.calitagarotarygreenplus.org. The Sunrise Rotary Club meets at the Elks Lodge on H Street in Crescent City every Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. and the Rotary Club of Crescent City meets at the same location every Thursday at noon.
