The College of the Redwoods Foundation has announced that it has more enrollment scholarships available for the 2008 fall semester.
All full-time students are eligible for up to $300.
Last year, CR created a new initiative where up to 100 students could get scholarships to waive their first-semester enrollment fees, which are $20 a unit. The scholarships can save a student up to $300.
The only requirements to be eligible for the scholarship are that one must live within the CR district boundaries and be a full-time student by taking at least 12 units.
For information about the scholarships, call Martha Roy in the CR Scholarship Office on the main Eureka campus at 707-465-2326.
The scholarships are available throughout the CR District, which includes the Fort Bragg, Crescent City and main Eureka campuses as well as the Hoopa, Arcata and Downtown Eureka instructional sites.
