' did not offer an appointment as president/superintendent of the College of the Redwoods District to any of its three finalists Tuesday.
Instead the board will begin a search for an interim president at its May 1 meeting. Whomever is chosen will serve for a term "not to exceed a year," according to a press release from the school.
The interim period will begin when Acting President Jeff Bobbitt's current appointment ends June 30.
After that date Bobbitt will return to his position as senior vice president of Academic Affairs, which he held for nine years before being appointed acting president in July.
