Drivers could find their trips delayed through next Thursday as California Department of plans work on a number road projects.

U.S. Hwy. 101 from milepost 14.8-15.6: Caltrans will continue pavement testing from 1 to 1.8 miles north of Rudisill Road from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. One-way traffic control will be in effect, and motorists should anticipate 10-minute de-lays.
From milepost 43.2-46.5: widening of the Gilbert Creek Bridge will continue between 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays. One-way traffic control will be in effect and motorists should anticipate 15-minute delays.
U.S. Road 199 from milepost 25.4-28.1: A curve realignment project from Siskiyou Fork Road to Idlewild Maintenance Station Road will begin Monday between 7 a.m.-6 p.m. weekdays. One-way traffic control will be in effect, and motorists should anticipate 15-minute delays.
Hwy. 101 from milepost 352.28-357.87, Lone Ranch Beach to Chetco River Bridge. Minor corrective work continues. Expect some single-lane closures in Brookings.
Hwy. 101 from milepost 358.81 to 361.54, Region 3 Culvert Repairs, Bundle #3. Work will continue on the seven culverts in Brookings.The highway will be restricted to one lane in each direction.No delays are expected.
Hwy 101 between milepost 39.8-43.0: Sink hole repair at approximately two miles north of Redcrest will continue, with traffic restricted to one lane in each direction of travel 24/7. Minor traffic slowdowns may occur.
Milepost 54.6-57.7: A project to replace the southbound Van Duzen River Bridge will continue between 7 a.m.-7 p.m. weekdays, with traffic restricted to one lane in each direction of travel 24/7. Minor traffic slowdowns may occur.
From milepost 58.7-60.5: A median barrier project from Drake Hill Road to 12th Street will continue from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays, with traffic restricted to one lane in each direction of travel 24/7. Motorists may experience minor traffic slowdowns.
State Hwy. 255 at milepost 7.1: PG & E of Eureka has been granted a Caltrans Encroach-ment Permit for pole replacement at Pacheco Lane Thursday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., with one-way traffic control in effect. Anticipate five-minute delays.
Hwy. 199 at Laurel bridge replacement, highway widening. Watch for flaggers and expect single lane of traffic during the daytime between Cave Junction north to Laurel Road as contractor begins tree removal.
Also, East and West Fork Bridge replacements are planned. Watch for flaggers and equipment leaving the work zone.
Interstate 5 from milepost 58-82 signing project. Watch for closed shoulders and occasional lane closure southbound and northbound from milepost 80-58.Flaggers will occasionally be controlling traffic on exit and entrance ramps.
Hwy. 101 from milepost 35.8-37.5: Roadway repair due to pavement deterioration from 3.6 to 1.9 miles south of Ridgewood Ranch Road will continue with traffic restricted to one lane in each direction 24/7. Minor traffic slowdowns may occur.
