Man suspected of sex with minor is arrested

A local man was arrested on Christmas after authorities received a report he had sex with an underage girl, authorities said. Tommy Miller, 30, of Crescent City, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. for suspicion of unlawful sex with a minor, oral copulation with a person under 14 and burglary. Miller had known the girl for a few months, Steven said. The burglary charge stems from Miller entering into a dwelling with the intent to commit a felony, Steven said. |
