Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Dec. 2-8 include:

•Davy Gene Dowd, 44, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,314 for driving on a suspended license

•Paul Daniel Brouwer, 21, Gasquet, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,656 for reckless driving

•Jeremy Neil Smith, 30, Crescent City, was sentenced to 120 days in County Jail and fined $170 for battery on a non-cohabitant

•Jerry Lee Alexander, 50, Langlois, Ore., was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,656 for driving under the influence

•Travis Wayne Brock, 37, Crescent City, was sentenced to 60 days in County Jail and fined $170 for public intoxication and probation violation

•Jason Cantrall, 33, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail and fined $550 for fighting in public

•Frank William Capobianco, 56, Crescent City, was sentenced to 45 days in County Jail for probation violation

•John Sherman Miller, 52, Brookings, Ore., was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,620 for driving under the influence

•Lacey Blue Hight, 23, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $174 for driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction

•Dominic James Debendetti, 38, Grants Pass, Ore., was sentenced to one day in County Jail, two years probation and fined $560 for vandalism

•Carolyn Lois Snoots, 65, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,656 for driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above

•Fernando Castro Heredia, 29, Smith River, was sentenced to 40 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,074 for driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction and probation violation

•Amanda Jane Treick, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,656 for driving under the influence

•Shantel Ulani Valerio, 19, Crescent City, was sentenced to PC 1000 diversion and fined $100 for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance

•Dennis Richard Winstead, 66, Crescent City, was sentenced to 94 days in County Jail, four years probation and fined $2,454 for driving under the influence and probation violation

•Alicia Dominique Barajas, 31, Lynnwood, Wash., was sentenced to 19 days in County Jail, four years probation and fined $2,454 for driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above

•Sandra Jean Arispe, 45, Crescent City, was sentenced to 360 days in County Jail, five years probation and fined $5,978 for driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, hit and run and two probation violations

•Jodi Lene Sills, 34, Crescent City, was sentenced to 18 months probation and fined $550 for unlicensed driver

•Christopher Kirkpatrick, 36, Crescent City, was sentenced to five years in State Prison and fined $540 for felon in possession of a firearm and assault with special allegations

•Derek Joel Leishman, 25, Crescent City, was sentenced to two years in County Jail, rehabilitation program and fined $625 for receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit burglary, grand theft and conspiracy of grand theft

•Kristina Prudence Swain, 42, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $420 for evading police with wanton disregard for safety, theft/larceny and reckless driving
