Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Dec. 14–20 include:

Monica Elaine Cone, 50, Crescent City, was ordered to test at probation two times a week, complete five AA/NA meetings per week and continue in A.O.D. program for two counts of probation violation

Dara Jolene Cain, 47, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation, 30 hours of community work service and fined $700 for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher

• Michael Emilio Wiseman, 41, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation set to expire with completion of six months in County Jail and fined $864 for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher and driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction and probation violation

• Jeffrey Lee Fecht, 18, Crescent City, was sentenced to 46 days in County Jail for battery

• William Arthur Bales Jr., 42, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $944 for alcohol-related reckless driving

• Carolyn Marie Hanson, 55, Brookings, Ore., was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,676 for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher

• Judith Ann Resel, 54, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $944 for alcohol-related reckless driving

• Timothy Allen Darrow, 28, Crescent City, was fined $250 for a probation violation

• Joey Agustin Alcaraz, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to a diversion program and fined $100 for possession of a dangerous drug

• Dean Wade Hillyard, 48, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,176 for alcohol-related reckless driving and failure to appear

• John Lawrence George, 36, Crescent City, was sentenced to five days in County Jail for possession of a controlled substance

• Paul Lawrence Fisher, 29, Smith River, was sentenced to 36 days in County Jail for theft and larceny

• Micah George Arispe, 18, Crescent City, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, two years probation and fined $440 for battery

• Bridget Sarah Litz, 28, Arcata, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,500 for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher with a prior conviction

• McKay David Brownell, 47, Crescent City, was sentenced to 120 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $410 for possession of concentrated cannabis and a probation violation

• Levi James Lakey, 35, Crescent City, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail for jail escape

• James Robert Steel, 23, Crescent City, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail, stayed pending six months at the Jordan Recovery Center and fined $2,544 for assault with a deadly weapon and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .15 or higher with a prior conviction

• Gerald Dowd, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to 16 months in State Prison and fined $310 for possession of a firearm by a felon

• Maggie Renee Tapia, 29, Crescent City, was sentenced 48 hours in County Jail, five years probation and fined $1,846 for possession for sale of a dangerous drug/controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Craig Anthony Burgess, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to six years in State Prison and fined $1,660 for assault with a deadly weapon, grand theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a narcotic and theft from an elder
