Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Dec. 21-27 include:

• Thomas Kent Hulford, 50, Brookings, was fined $470 for the destruction of plants

• Andrew Ericson Brundin, 24, Smith River, was sentenced to 96 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,676 for driving under the influence with a .15 or higher blood alcohol content

• Craig Anthony Burgess, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to six years in State Prison, 137 days in County Jail and fined $1,660 for assault with a deadly weapon, receiving stolen property, possession of a narcotic and controlled substance, grand theft and theft from an elder

• Jerry Daniel Griffith, 41, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $594 for driving on a suspended license

• Tommy Wayne Miller, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to six months in County Jail and fined $190 for sexual battery

• Robert Lee Phillips, 25, Eugene, Ore., was sentenced to seven days in County Jail and fined $190 for giving false identification to a peace officer
