Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Dec. 29, 2011–Jan. 5, 2012 include: •Autumn Lee Delgado, 21, Smith River, was sentenced to 25 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,520 for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count each of possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, being under the influence of a controlled substance and failure to appear •Kyle Zeno Winternheimer, 33, Eureka, was sentenced to 24 days in County Jail for probation violation •Larry Lee Jones, 35, Crescent City, was sentenced to 300 days in County Jail and fined $170 for failure to appear and three probation violations •Leland Michael McGarity, 38, Crescent City, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail for two counts of probation violation •Joshua Alan Porter, 23, Crescent City, was sentenced to 40 days in County Jail for probation violation •Kathy Avis Whipple, 52, Smith River, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail and fined $500 for unlicensed driver and two counts of failure to appear •Paul Dale Covell, 70, Crescent City, was sentenced to two days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,656 for driving under the influence of .08 or higher blood alcohol content •Justin James Lee, 27, Crescent City, was sentenced to 40 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,074 for driving on a suspended license due to DUI •Kyle Lee Miller, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to 40 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,074 for driving on a suspended license due to DUI •Tracy Lee Cone, 51, Crescent City, was sentenced to 60 days in County Jail and fined $170 for child endangerment •Misty Dawn Lemunyon, 47, Crescent City, was sentenced to 150 days in County Jail and fined $240 for battery and being under the influence of a controlled substance •Ronnie Theodore Meyer, 19, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $170 for possession of a deadly weapon •Katherine Renee Miller, 45, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $170 for resisting, obstructing and delaying a peace officer |
