Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Jan. 11–17 include:

• Spencer Carl Ansell, 33, Crescent City, was sentenced to three days in County Jail, one year probation and fined $770 for obstructing/resisting a police officer and possession of marijuana less than one ounce

• Derrick Earl Berquist, 35, Crescent City, was sentenced to 45 days in County Jail and fined $980 for violating a court order and obstructing/resisting a police officer

• David Charles Chisholm, 58, Fort Dick, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $210 for disturbing the peace

• Jason Robert Clark, 42, Crescent City, was sentenced to 124 days in County Jail and fined $560 for theft, larceny and a probation violation

• Floyd Edward Conner, 50, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail for a probation violation

• Edward Wilder Donahue, 36, Smith River, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $700 for aiming or pointing a laser scope

• Krysti Nicole Dunn, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to one year in County Jail for a probation violation

• Joe Ray Evanow, 33, Smith River, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,696 for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher

• Krystal Starr Evans, 32, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail for two probation violations

• Jorge Orvelin Gonzalez, 34, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,114 for driving when privilege suspended for a prior under the influence conviction

• Amanda Sulita Graham, 29, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $700 for possession of a controlled substance

• Dustin Allen Hanson, 29, Crescent City, was sentenced to 80 days in County Jail, five years probation and fined $2,114 for driving when privilege suspended for a prior under the influence conviction and a prior conviction special allegation

• Fredi Hernandez Cruz, 21, Crescent City, was fined $594 for unlicensed driver

• Fernando Castro Heredia, 30, Smith River, was sentenced to 270 days in County Jail and fined $4,088 for two counts of driving when privilege suspended for a prior under the influence conviction and two probation violations

• Curtis Andrew Hiser, 76, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,696 for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher

• Doreen Lynette Markussen, 51, Eureka, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $673 for unlicensed driver and headlamp requirement

• Bret Brian Robison, 49, Crescent City, was sentenced to 36 days in County Jail for two probation violations

• Raymond Earl Watson, 66, Crescent City, was sentenced to 75 days in County Jail and fined $1,494 for driving on a suspended license and two failures to appear

• Martin Dean Zosel, 19, Smith River, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $910 for battery on a spouse or cohabitant; and sentence to 10 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,114 for driving when privilege suspended for a prior under the influence conviction

• Karl William Sickel, 46, Klamath, was sentenced to 270 days in County Jail and fined $280 for two probation violations

• Bryan Windell Kenyon, 23, Crescent City, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail for a probation violation

• Tye Wilson Barker, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $310 for unlawful sexual intercourse

• Joshua Alan Porter, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to five years in State Prison and fined $240 for inflicting corporal injury

• Arturo Gutierrez Perez, 46, Smith River, was sentenced to four years in State Prison and fined $510 for inflicting corporal injury and possession of a controlled substance
