Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of June 1-7 include:

•Taos Proctor, 30, Klamath, was sentenced to 40 days in County Jail and three years summary probation for driving with a suspended license and violation of probation

•Andreath Shane Hurd, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $190 for possession without a prescription and violation of probation

•Travis Cory Cumberledge, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 21 days in County Jail, three years formal probation and fined $790 for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant

•Kyle Lee Miller, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to 150 days in County Jail, five years summary probation and fined $5,352 for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and multiple violations of probation

•Sheila Loraine Vaughn, 46, Crescent City, was sentenced to four days in County Jail, three years formal probation and fined $790 for battery on a noncohabitant

•Kendee Kay Davis, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $190 for battery on a peace officer

•Sara Anne Dodson, 34, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $1,676 for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs

•Cara Lynn Barker, 44, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years Prop. 36 probation and fined $680 for possession of a controlled substance

•Bradley James Baxter, 32, Gasquet, was sentenced to 19 days in County Jail, five years summary probation and fined $2,474 for driving under the influence with a .08 or higher blood alcohol level

•Kimberly Marie Schumack, 29, Crescent City, was sentenced to 60 days in County Jail and fined $260 for possession of a controlled substance and theft/larceny

•Gerardo Sandoval, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $2,094 for driving on a suspended license with priors

•Wiley Allen Cole, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to 19 days in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $190 for obstructing and resisting a police officer

•Sarah Elizabeth Martin, 22, Crescent City, was sentenced to 96 hours in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $1,676 for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs

•James Edward Yarbrough, 42, Crescent City, was sentence to three years summary probation and fined $310 for possession of a deadly weapon

•Regina Marie Sutfin, 41, New York, was sentenced to 96 hours in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $1,676 for driving with a .08 or higher blood alcohol level

•Kristina Louise Haynie, 42, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $190 for embezzlement

•Jeffery Allan Toms, 35, Crescent City, was sentenced to five days in County Jail and fined $190 for having a loaded firearm in vehicle

•Dana Marlow Tracy, 43, Crescent City, was sentenced to 96 hours in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $2,870 for driving with a .08 or higher blood alcohol content and driving with a suspended license

•Antonio Allen Lawton, 48, Crescent City, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail for two counts of drunkeness in public

•Thomas Benjamin Nosik, 31, Gasquet, was sentenced to one year in County Jail, three years summary probation and fined $268 for hit and run with injury, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and violation of probation
