Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of June 8–14 include:

•Patricia Ramirez, 32, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation, 150 hours of community work service and fined $320 and $244 restitution for second-degree burglary

•Johnnie Dow Skaggs, Jr., 41, Klamath, was sentenced to 80 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $190 for failure to provide child support and a probation violation

•Tyler Dwayne Hammons, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail for a probation violation

•Austin Drew Deines, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, one year probation and fined $540 for theft/larceny

•Anthony Nicholas Dinatale, Jr., 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,676 for driving under the influence with a .08 or higher alcohol level

•Charles Davis Bowen, 38, Crescent City, was sentenced to 45 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,098 for driving with a suspended license for a prior DUI and a probation violation

•Daylin Joseph Duncan, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $364 for possession of a controlled substance

•Jason Robert Clark, 41, Crescent City, was sentenced to 20 hours of community work service for a probation violation

•Johnny Lee Ponciano, 43, Crescent City, was sentenced to six years and eight months in State Prison and fined $710 and $1,486 restitution for conspiracy to commit burglary, possession of a hypodermic needle and petty theft with a prior

•Walter Antonio Reyes, 20, Brookings, Ore., was sentenced to 145 days in County Jail, three years probation, 1,000 hours of community work service and fined $190 and $8,856.44 restitution for vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and a probation violation

•Blane Culver Welton, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 157 days in County Jail, three years probation, fined $690 and restitution amount to be determined for resisting an executive officer, trespassing and a felony failure to appear

•Allen Duane Stanshaw, 34, Smith River, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail for a felony failure to appear

•Sarah Beth Raper, 34, Crescent City, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, three years probation, fined $570 and restitution amount to be determined for second-degree burglary

•Patrick Raymond Rankin, 52, Crescent City, was sentenced to 18 months in State Prison and fined $310 for possession of a narcotic

•Krysti Nicole Dunn, 19, Crescent City, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail, three years probation, 160 hours of community work service and fined $310 for attempting to commit extortion

•Wesley Aaron Feldsine, 23, Eureka, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, three years probation, 120 hours of community work service and fined $360 for keeping a place to sell drugs
