• Jason E. Audt, 42, Brookings, Ore., was sentenced to 3 years probation, 96 hours in jail, ordered to pay a $1,864 fine, and pay $100 in public defender fees for a DUI

• Mark J. Scarbrough, 25, Crescent City, was sentenced to 3 years probation, 50 days in jail, given 100 hours of community work service, ordered to pay a $21,700 fine and $150 in public defender fees for battery on a cohabitant and for disobeying a court order

• Robert Blase, 30, Yachats, Ore., was sentenced to 227 days in jail, ordered to pay a $671 fine and $300 in public defender fees for burglary

• Orlando A. Orona Jr., 26, Crescent City, was sentenced to 3 years probation, 6 days in jail, given 100 hours of community work service and ordered to pay $100 in public defender’s fees for inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant

• Juan J. Moreno Jr., 26, Crescent City, was sentenced 3 years probation, 32 days in jail, given 150 community work service, ordered to pay a $920 fine and $100 in public defender fees for battery on a cohabitant

• Robert L. Wilson, 53, Crescent City, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay a $790 fine for failure to appear
