No one hurt when shots fired at house

Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that took place early Sunday in Crescent City.

The shooting took place at 968 Huntington St. and no one was injured at the occupied residence, said Crescent City Police Lt. Garrett Scott.

Five shots were fired, hitting a parked vehicle, garage and entering the kitchen of a house, Scott said.

Police have leads and a vehicle description, but are withholding that information for the purpose of the investigation, Scott said.
