• At 1:30 a.m. a report of a fight at the B Street Pier.

• At 11:50 a.m. a report of a vehicle theft on the 900 block of Pacific Avenue.

Saturday, Feb. 23

• At 11:00 a.m. a person arrested for disorderly conduct on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive.

• At 11:10 p.m. a juvenile was arrested for public intoxication on the 1100 block of California Street.
