Here are excerpts from the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office call logs for Dec. 2–Dec. 6.

Friday, Dec. 2

• At 11:35 a.m. a report of a driver in a small green Chevrolet pickup with a camper shell who appeared to be looking in houses on the 100 block of Audree Lane.

• At 4:19 p.m. the U.S. Coast Guard requested assistance with a capsized boat at Crescent City Harbor.

• At 4:42 p.m. a report that someone tried to kick in the back door of a duplex on the 300 block of Amador Street.

• At 6:00 p.m. a person picked up a male running down Parkway Drive who claimed he was being chased by somebody with a knife.

• At 5:53 p.m. back gates open at the feed store on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road.

• At 5:57 p.m. a flare shot in the area of Anchor Beach.

At 7:42 p.m. report of unkown person who struck a front door with an unknown object on the 800 block of Cooper Avenue.

• At 8:49 p.m. someone attempting to gain entry through the window of a house on the 400 block of Cooper Avenue.

Saturday, Dec. 3

• At 11:52 a.m. vandalism and arson at the transfer station on Old Toll Road.

• At 12:20 p.m. gas stolen from a vehicle on the 9600 block of U.S. Highway 199 in Gasquet.

• At 12:29 people broke into a mailbox and took some mail on the 600 block of Elk Valley Road.

• At 1:29 p.m. someone broke into a couple of vehicles and stole items on the 3800 block of Lake Earl Drive.

• At 2:58 p.m. a female who appeared to have been assaulted on Coooper Avenue.

• At 7:28 p.m. a report of a suspicious vehicle circling around the 1000 block of Murphy Avenue.

• At 7:49 p.m. suspicious vehicle on the 200 block of Tedsen Lane.

• At 8:32 p.m. break-in on the 500 block of Murphy Avenue.

Sunday, Dec. 4

• At 4:48 a.m. a report of an open door at a neighbor house on the 200 block of Maiden Lane.

• At 6:58 a.m. a woman reported a female came into her residence and stated she was going to slash the woman’s car tires on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive.

• At 10:23 a.m. a report of two pit bulls atacking a dog on the 200 block of S. Fred Haight Drive.

• At 1:48 p.m. a man soliciting sex at Crescent Beach.

• At 3:38 p.m. someone wearing a hockey mask at Pacific Avenue and Butte Street.

• At 6:29 p.m. people fighting in a parking lot on the 700 block of Elk Valley Road.

• At 6:57 p.m. juveniles throwing things at McDonald’s.

• At 8:32 a break-in on the 500 block of Murphy Avenue.

• At 9:25 p.m. a bullet hole in a car on the 300 block of Keller Avenue.

• At 11:38 p.m. a woman reported seeing someone in her backyard on the 100 block of Kerby Street.

• At 11:54 p.m. a report of a suspicious male riding a bike on Parkway Drive.

Monday, Dec. 5

• At 3:18 a.m. a woman reported a male was trying to climb into her window on the 200 block of Maiden Lane.

• At 5:51 a.m. a woman reported someone came into her residence through the front door on the 800 block of Endert Street.

• At 4:12 p.m. open window at a vacant residence on the 600 block of Humboldt Street.

• At 7:29 p.m. a male was struck by a vehicle on the 300 block of N. Indian Road.

• At 11:21 p.m. a report of a person clad in black walking eastbound on the 2400 block of Maher Avenue.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

• At 1:52 a man reported a suspicios vehicle leaving his neighbor’s house on the 2400 block of Elk Valley Cross Road.

• At 8:38 a.m. a vandalized vehicle on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive.

• At 9:57 a.m. a man reported that upon his arrival home he discovered someone had found his spare key and taken three filing cabinets containing stock bonds from his house on the 2500 block of Elk Valley Cross Road.

• At 12:40 p.m. a woman reported someone had entered her house, took her debit card and has used it on the 100 block of Fern Lane.

• At 5:19 p.m. a woman reported an intoxicated male with a knife who was fighting with her children on the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 101.

• At 7:15 p.m. a woman reported a man had come to her house stating that someone was trying to kill him on the 1400 block of Union Street.

• At 8:13 p.m. a woman reported a group of people was on her roof trying to break in on the 12000 block of S. Indian Road.

• At 9:50 p.m. a woman reported people at a house that is supposed to be unoccupied on the 1600 block of Bethesda Way.

• At 10:09 p.m. a prowler on property on the 100 block of Fern Lane.
