• Helen Bergren-Arthur, 83, died Jan. 16, 2010, in Medford, Ore. She was born Oct. 31, 1926, in Mill City, Ore., and lived in Del Norte County for 43 years before moving to Oregon.
Funeral services will be held at Wier’s Mortuary Chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at the Del Norte County Veteran’s Cemetery. The family requests contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2065 W El Camino Real, Suite C, Mountain View, CA 94040. Arrangements by Wier’s mortuary Chapel of Crescent City. |
