• Jody Robin Norbury, 50, died Nov. 2, 2009, in Ukiah. She was born Nov. 23, 1958, in Crescent City.

Private burial will take place at the Smith River District Cemetery. Arrangements by Wier’s Mortuary Chapel of Crescent City.

• Loyette Bartow Tulee, 48, died Nov. 3, 2009, in Yakima, Wash. She was born Oct. 3, 1961, in Crescent City, and lived in Smith River for about 15 years.

Services will be held today at the Smith River Indian Shaker Church at 9 a.m., with interment to follow at Howonquet Cemetery in Smith River.
