• Robert Lee Sanchez Jr., 17, of Crescent City, died June 2, 2012, nearing Brookings, Ore. He was born July 23, 1994.

Arrangements by Redwood Memorial Chapel.

• Agustin “Augie” Alcaraz III, 28, died May 27, 2012, in Crescent City. He was born Dec. 12, 1983, in Altus, Okla., and was a 22-year resident of Del Norte County.

Funeral services will be June 9 at 10 a.m. at the United Methodist Church, 664 H St., Crescent City. Interment will follow at the IOOF Memorial Cemetery in Crescent City. Arrangements by Wier’s Mortuary Chapel.
