• Lloyd Perkins, 102, died Sept. 25, 2011, in Crescent City. He was born Jan. 7, 1909, in Monticello, Utah.

A celebration of life will be held at the Del Norte Senior Center, 1765 Northcrest Drive, Crescent City, on Friday at 1 p.m. Arrangements by Wier’s Mortuary Chapel.
