Maurice Bush of Klamath died Saturday, March 29, 2008, in Crescent City. She was a longtime resident of Klamath.
Born July 15, 1920, she worked for the U.S. Postal Service for many years. Maurice worked at the post office in Requa and then in Klamath when the Requa office closed. Maurice was also the owner and operator of the Requa Inn at one time with her husband, Norman Bush, who died Feb. 5, 2008. She was a member of the VFW and Tsunami Sams RV club.
Maurice is survived by her brother Henry Perdue from Milwaukie, Ore., her children Stace Fisher and her daughters Venita Corcovelos from Klamath and Rochelle Michaels from Medford, Ore., along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Klamath Community Center, 219 Salmon Ave., Klamath.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wier's Mortuary Chapel of Crescent City.
