Obituaries: Patricia Anne Barrett (Feb. 15, 1932 – May 20, 2011)

Patricia Anne Barrett, of Crescent City, passed away on May 20, 2011.

She was born Feb. 15, 1932, to Hurbert R. Hirsh and Mildred Anne Lamphron in New Jersey.

Patricia Anne Hirsh graduated college with a BA in Accounting. She married Bill Barrett and lived her life as a wife and mother, always surrounded by family. She loved to make hooked rugs and work with beads. She lived in Crescent City for 12 ½ years.

She is survived by her six brothers and sisters: Herbert Hirsh of New Jersey, Mary Lou Burns of Colorado, Donna Nicholson of Texas, Marnee Eisonback of Maryland, Tony Hirsh of Montana and Annette Schober of Arizona; son Bill J. Barrett Jr. and wife Annie Barrett of Houston, Texas; daughter Joyce Anne Stevens and husband George Stevens III; grandchildren Kyle Stevens and Cori Stevens McIntyre; and great-grandchild Alice Lucille McIntyre of Crescent City.

A private memorial will be held by the family and a Mass Intention will be given at St. Joseph’s on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 8:30 a.m.
