Obituaries: Rae Ernestine “Teena” McDonald Sullivan (May 29, 1948 – June 19, 2011 )

Rae Earnestine (Teena) McDonald Sullivan, born May 29, 1948, died June 19, 2011, in Newark, Calif., where she resided for the past 40 years. She was born in raised in Klamath, attended Del Norte High, class of 1966. She owned a beautiful quarter horse named Pockets whom she adored. She loved arts and crafts, stamp collecting, golf, bicycling and traveling. 

She was a mother of two sons, Will Sullivan and Jeff Sullivan, both of Newark, Calif. She is also survived by her husband of 43 years, Bill Sullivan. She will be missed by her mother Gloria Brown of Crescent City, uncle Joe and Bev Pitt of Klamath. Sisters and brother-in-laws: Jill and Tom Macedo of Union City, Calif., Darlene and Bob Pierce of Dublin, Calif., Rita McDonald Wafler of Crescent City. Grandchild Miguel. Nieces and nephews Barb, Mike, Jay, Jeremy, Adelino, Mason, Floyd, Robby, Johanna, Cristine and Jennifer.

A memorial to be held in Newark, Calif., at a later date to be announced. Donations to the Cancer Society in her honor would be appreciated.
