Most knew her as Tina Smith, lover of children, animals and elderly. Tina fought a losing battle against pancreatic cancer but always had a positive attitude and fought hard to stay alive. At her request, no funeral will be held; however, a Celebration of Life potluck will be held on Fri. April 1, 5:30-8 p.m. at the Lighthouse Community Church, 2455 Oliver Ave., Crescent City. Everyone is welcome to participate in this event. In addition to the potluck, there will be stories, photos, a raffle, and donations will be accepted in lieu of flowers to help with unexpected expenses. There will also be a memory book for guests to write their thoughts, memories, and wishes to help us remember this wonderful occasion. |
