Obituary: Audrey Elizabeth Godfrey (Dec. 2, 1985 – Sept. 10, 2012)

Audrey Elizabeth Godfrey, 26, passed this life on Sept. 10, 2012. She is survived by long-time partner Dwayne Allen Davis of Crescent City, and their 2-year-old son Abel Charles Allen Davis. She is also survived by her mother Tari Ann Hatfield and her brother Spencer R. Godfrey of Smith River, and her father Robert B. Godfrey of Rio Vista, Calif., and her maternal grandmother Maryann Hatfield of Klamath. She is also survived by her uncle  Rorik Cosma of Cambria, Calif., aunt Donna Jo Lin of Trinidad and uncle Walter O. Hatfield of Crescent City, cousins Jordan O., Kaitlin M., and Hannah L. Freeze of various locations, mother-in-law Terri Davis and sisters-in-law Mariah and Taylor Davis of Crescent City, grandparents-in-law John and Rose Davis of Crescent City.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Vincent and Rita Godfrey. 

There will be a Celebration-of-Life memorial service at the DN Senior Center on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at 1 p.m. For information please call 951-1633. All welcome. Audrey was a loving and caring mother. We love you, Audrey, and always will. You will live in our minds and hearts forever.
