Obituary: Brenda Jean Snyder (Dec. 14, 1967 – Aug. 5, 2013)

 Brenda Jean Snyder, 46, passed away on Aug. 5, 2013, in Crescent City. She was a lifelong resident of Del Norte County. She was born on Dec. 14, 1967, in Crescent City.

Brenda had a large family. She always enjoyed being surrounded by her lovely family. Brenda has always enjoyed crocheting, being by her son’s side and coloring velvet posters for as long as anyone could remember. She was a passionate, loving, caring, kind individual to everyone and anyone.

She was a loving mother of three sons, Juan Berrera, Ricky Garcia and Frankie Garcia; loving daughter of JoAnn Moore and Ronald Snyder Sr.; loving auntie to many nieces and nephews; sister to Mary Charles, Vlayne Scott, Rose Stevenson, Merle Stevenson, John Donahue, Ronald “Ronnie” Snyder, previously deceased siblings Byron Scott and Jesse Donahue; granddaughter of Ada Charles, and niece of Larry Charles

Visitation will be held at the Yurok Tribal Building in Klamath on Saturday, Aug.10, 2013, at 10 a.m. with funeral services beginning  at 2 p.m. Interment will take place at the Waukell Family Plot in Waukell Flats Cemetery, in Waukell, Calif. Fellowship will follow at the Yurok Tribal Building.
