Juliana (Smith) McFarland passed away October 12, 2011, passing into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, of natural causes. She joins her brother Thomas Johnson. Julie was born February 28, 1964, in Oroville Calif. She lived most of her life in Crescent City, and Klamath. She moved to LaPine, Ore., where she met her beloved husband Paul Marshall McFarland.
She had many hobbies, but her true passion was her family. She spent her later years loving her husband and enjoying their hobbies of fishing and camping. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her kindness knew no bounds, she was giving and loving to all. She brought light and warmth to every life she touched. She loved all animals domestic and wild.
Surviving are her mother Iola Johnson, stepfather Ed Johnson of Gilchrist Ore., father Lewis Sanderlin of Powers Ore., mother-in-law Kathleen Harper of Crescent City, husband Paul McFarland and stepdaughter Kathleen McFarland, daughter Brandy Smith Brock, and spouse of Travis Brock, grandsons Richter Cowan and Leroy Cowan of Crescent City, son Christopher Stephens of LaPine, Ore., son Michael Smith and spouse Jasmyne Smith, granddaughter Natalya Smith and grandson Thomas Smith of Astoria, Ore., and all her other friends and family too many to name.
Celebration of Life will be held today for family and friends at her residence, 931 9th Street, Crescent City, starting at 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Memorials can be accepted at the Celebration of Her Life.
