Pamela Sue Walker peacefully fell asleep in death January 26, 2012, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on March 12, 1958, in Fresno, Calif., to James and Betty Spiller. She moved to Crescent City in 2006. She will be known to all who knew her as a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was a kind, loving, considerate individual and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
Pamela is survived by her husband Gale Simes of Crescent City. A loving mother of four children of whom she was so proud, Caleb Walker and his wife Desiree of Fresno, Calif.; Joshua Walker and his wife Dulce of Clovis, Calif.; Bobby Walker and his wife Jessica of Manteca, Calif.; and daughter Cassie Walker of Manteca, Calif. Parents, James and Betty Spiller of Crescent City, one granddaughter Brittany Walker, sisters Linda Kemp of Lathrop, Calif.; Deanna Tipton of Angels Camp, Calif.; brother James Spiller Jr. of Missouri. Also seven nieces, four nephews, two great nieces and three great-nephews and hundreds of friends that she loved very much.
Pamela was raised as one of Jehovah’s witnesses all her life and raised her children to love and serve Jehovah as she did, they are all still active witnesses today.
Memorial services will be held in Manteca, Calif., on Feb. 11, 2012, and later in Crescent City that time will be announced later.
