Obituary: Phil Garcia (Jan. 4, 1925 – Oct. 20, 2011)

Phil Garcia of Crescent City passed away Oct. 20, 2011, at the age of 86. He was born Jan. 4, 1925, and was a WWII veteran.

Phil joins his wife Wana A. Garcia in heaven.

He leaves behind his daughters Philis Garcia, Carol Santos, Arlene Juarez and Nancy Andris. Grandchildren, Autumn and Misty Dove, Brian and Bradley Chambers, Jason Juarez, Stephanie and Anthony Skeen. Great-grandchildren, Angel Dove, Bradley Jr., Tyler, Sierra Chambers, Anthony and Kayla Chambers, nephew Jerry Garcia. He is also survived by his sister Pat Wolcott.

He was preceeded in death by parents, Phil and Stella Garcia, and sister, Betty Wells Garcia

Services will be held on Thursday Nov. 3, 2011, at 5824 Kings Valley Road at 1 p.m.
