(Dec. 20, 1949 – Nov. 6, 2013)
“God doesn’t have problems. He has plans.” Those were the words spoken by Ray 17 months ago when given an “incurable cancer” diagnosis. His valiant battle ended Nov. 6, 2013, when he stepped into the loving arms of Jesus. God’s plan lives on through those he touched.
