The Mountain School annual Pancake Breakfast and Open House on May 19 in Gasquet brought in over 60 children and parents

Many of those who already attend the school or showed interest in enrolling following a recent announcement by the School Board that sixth to eighth grades would once again be offered.

Visitors and residents had a chance to explore the community garden, 4-H program, First 5 resources, classrooms, and community disaster preparedness facilities.

A silent auction was also held to help support PTO functions, and several vegetable starts were planted in the garden with the help of students.
