Birth: Cesar Adrian Mignon-Herrera

Cesar Adrian Mignon-Herrera was born Oct. 29, 2011, at Sutter Coast Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 20 1/2 inches. He joins siblings Jesus, Aaron and Isaac. His parents are Erica Herrera and Mario Cesar Mignon of Smith River. His grandparents are Jesus and Lupe Herrera of Smith River and Manuel Mignon of Puebla, Mexico. His great-grandparent is Rafael Herrera of Michoacan, Mexico.
