Cecelia Ryan Lee was born Aug. 9, 2011, at Sutter Coast Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 20 inches. Her parents are Marisa and Skeeter Lee of Eureka. Her grandparents are Donna and Kevin Caldwell, Bob Lee and Tammy and Kirk Burrows, all of Crescent City. Her great-grandparents are Evelyn and Don Sund of Northridge, Patricia and Jack Caldwell of Palm Desert, and Audrey Minnier of Brookings, Ore.
