Paisley Brooke Owen was born Aug. 26, 2011, at Sutter Coast Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 21 1/2 inches. She joins siblings Kaydence and Layton. Her parents are Wade and Amber Owen of Crescent City. Her grandparents are Muronica Owen and David and Angela Knodel, all of Crescent City, Bart and Kathy Parker of Creston, Iowa, and Bill Boeke of Alaska. Her great-grandparents are Willie and Janet Knodel of Cave Junction, Ore., Peggy Ripperberger and Von Tull of Creston, Iowa, Elaine Moorehead of Smith River, and Pepper and Melana Owen of Crescent City.
