Sarah Skinner and Brandon Pincombe are engaged to be married August 27, 2011, at the Bethel Christian Center in Crescent City.
Sarah is the daughter of J. Michelle Oliphant of Crescent City, and Timothy Skinner of North Bend, Wash.
Brandon’s parents are Teresa Pincombe of Grants Pass, Ore., and Ronald Pincombe of Crescent City.
