Engagement: Smith, Vaughn

Danielle Smith and Byron Vaughn are engaged to be married Aug. 21, 2011, in Crescent City.

Danielle is the daughter of Kathy Van Dyke of Crescent City, and Larry Van Dyke of Brookings, Ore. She is currently taking online classes with DeVry University to earn an associate’s degree in health information technology.

Byron is the owner of S&B Entertainment in Crescent City. He is the son of John and Ardis Vaughn of Fort Dick.
